Confusion & Debacle
Bought meet and greet that costs a fortune. Instructions were horrible and confusing. Showed up well before the event but could not locate the reception as the staff either did not know about the meet and greet or showed us the wrong way 4 times. Be the time we found the reception area, they said it was too late. Cold and cut dry and told us to complain or blame the event people when we assumed that they were part of the event people. We made flight changes to get there on time, but the lack of organization and communication caused us to miss the event we paid for. So disappointed.
